Orders are shipped within the United States. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Returns

If something is not right, contact us and we will help. The current return window, conditions and any exclusions are set out in our refund policy, linked in the footer of every page.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will resolve it.
