What does the Neligum range include?

Three essentials: the Skin Hydration Cream (2 oz / 56 g), the Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies (passion fruit, 60 gummies) and the Hair, Skin and Nails Oral Strips (orange, 30 strips).

Do I need all three?

No. Most people use the cream for outer hydration and choose one inner beauty essential — gummies or oral strips — based on the format they prefer.

How do I use each product?

Full directions are printed on each product label and repeated on the product page. Always follow the label.
